Sandra M. Seroke and Laurie A. Willett have been awarded the Associate in Underwriting Designation (AU), the Associate in Personal Insurance (API) and an Associate in Insurance Services (AIS). These designations were awarded by the Insurance Institute of America after completion of courses and rigorous national exams covering property and liability insurance principals, personal and commercial insurance, insurance policy analysis, agency management, and the principles of total quality management for insurance personnel. Laurie has also been awarded the (CIC) Certified Insurance Counselor designation from National Alliance for Insurance Education & Research.
